PRIMEX was founded by Ms. Elvira C. Ablaza, President and CEO on August 7, 1989. Since then, PRIMEX has been consistently ranked by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) as one of its top consulting firms in the fields of agriculture and natural resources, health, and education.
