PRIMEX fielded a Local Climate Policy Consultant to undertake the following services: (i) support with identifying and downloading/procuring additional documents in accordance with the conceptual framework prepared by OPML; (ii) provide inputs on some key points such as help identify key subsidies or policy programs of the Philippine Government, (iii) if the documents are in the local language, provide assistance with translating key data points into English; (iv) identify key informants for interviews based on their value in providing data and availability for interviews; and (v) set up meetings with 4-5 key informants and assist in the conduct of the interview.
