PRIMEX engaged individual experts who prepared the logframe of the DRREALL-TA. The expert also participated in the TA programme launch dated 22 March 2024 in which the logframe was presented. Questions from the target agenices to be involved in the implementation phase of the programme was accommodated and addressed. PRIMEX provided technical assistance in the coordination, planning, and logistical preparations for the programme launch.
