Environmental and social assessment is a core component of investment project preparation across all sectors, especially for projects involving the rehabilitation, improvement, or construction of rural and urban infrastructure. With more than 35 years of experience implementing project preparatory technical assistance (PPTA) projects.

PRIMEX has conducted numerous environmental and social impact assessments, prepared environmental management and monitoring plans, and developed gender action plans, as well as involuntary resettlement (IR) and indigenous peoples (IP) frameworks and action plans. These deliverables form part of the required due diligence for a broad range of development projects in the Philippines and across the Asia-Pacific region.
