Sector Experience
Coastal and marine resource management (CMRM) is PRIMEX’s core sector, accounting for more than half of the Company’s completed projects over the past 36 years. PRIMEX is recognized as the only developing-country consulting firm with a distinct specialization and a strong track record in the planning and management of CMRM and fisheries projects across the Asia-Pacific region.
The Company has collaborated with multilateral and bilateral development partners (including ADB, the World Bank, and USAID), national government agencies such as DA–BFAR, and private sector clients in the design, implementation, and evaluation of CMRM and fisheries initiatives. Its work spans project preparation, implementation support, midterm reviews, end-of-project assessments, and impact evaluations across many of the 37 countries where PRIMEX has provided services.
