PRIMEX provided one International and ten National positions for the preparation and transaction advisory services for the revision of the feasibility study (FS). The International Transport Planner/Travel Demand Specialist would conduct a rapid assessment of the traffic study of the original FS Report and conduct traffic surveys as may be necessary, and update the traffic statistics and existing forecasts by key passenger and cargo markets. PRIMEX engaged the entire national engineering team, which was composed of the Port Engineer/Deputy Team Leader, Civil Engineer, Sanitary Engineer, Electrical Engineer, and Cost Engineer; and the national viability assessment and due diligence team, which was composed of a Legal Specialist, Economist, Financial Analyst, Environmental Specialist, and a Social Development and Gender Specialist.
