PRIMEX fielded the services of a Team Leader and an Economist who performed the following tasks (i) supervise the economist and perform a Project Economic Viability Assessment that includes an illustration of estimated economic costs and benefits, methodology employed, economic IRR, Benefit-Cost ratio (B/C ratio), net present value (NPV) of net benefits, and sensitivity of analysis; (ii) perform a value for money analysis showing assumptions and sources of data, public sector comparator and results of value for money analysis; (iii) submit a draft economic viability assessment report for two airports; and (iv) submit a final economic viability assessment.
