Phase I, PRIMEX provided support to the lead firm on data collection and local knowledge of the market in the Philippines and the Greater Capital Region (GCR) of the Philippines. Identifies and arranges interviews with stakeholders in relation to the traffic demand forecast.

Phase 1b, Part 1: Clark Airport Due Diligence, PRIMEX supported the condition assessment of airport assets at Clark Airport by providing required engineering specialists for the assessment and identifying of works required to buildings and supporting infrastructure to achieve applicable standards. PRIMEX has fielded a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer, an Electrical Engineer, and a Mechanical Engineer.

Phase 1b, Part 2: Transaction Structuring, PRIMEX assisted in the preparation of all necessary documents required for the securing of government clearances for the PPP Project. PRIMEX is fielding an Economist, an Airport Engineer, an Institutional/Regulatory Specialist, an Environmental/Social Safeguard Specialist, and a Cost Engineer.
