Project Stakeholders Privacy

This Privacy Notice informs all stakeholders on PRIMEX’s policy regarding the data that we collect, use, or otherwise process – your personal data. 

PRIMEX commits to keeping the personal data of the members of your organization private and protected. We respect your right to privacy and aim to comply with the requirements of all relevant privacy and data protection laws, particularly the Data Privacy Act (DPA) of 2012. As in the case of the National Privacy Commission (NPC), we also seek to protect the personal privacy of the members of your organization and the free flow of information, especially when pursuing our legitimate interests and when necessary to carry out our responsibilities as a management consulting firm.

Information We Collect, Acquire, or Generate

We collect, acquire, or generate your personal data in many forms. These may consist of written records, or collection of your personal information during the conduct of household surveys, FGDs and KIIs. We will also collect
photographic and video images.

When you provide your personal and sensitive information, we collect, among others: (1) directory information, like your name, address, email address, telephone number, and other contact details; (2) data about your personal and professional background, such as your employment history and other relevant circumstances, previous schools attended, and academic performance; (3) sources of income, financial standing and household expenditures; and  any or all information obtained through interviews and/or during verbal conversations.

How We Use Your Information

To the extent permitted or required by law, we use your personal data to pursue our legitimate interests for the successful implementation of our projects. The primary use the information we collect is for data gathering purposes which we will use to arrive at evidence-based findings necessary for project design and implementation.

Please note further that we will not subject any personal data to any automated decision-making process without your prior consent.

How We Share, Disclose, or Transfer Your Information

To the extent permitted or required by law, we may also share, disclose, or transfer your personal data to other persons or organizations to uphold your interests and/or pursue our legitimate interests as a management consulting firm. For example, we may share, disclose, or transfer your personal data for purposes such as:

• Reporting and/or disclosure of information to the NPC and other government bodies or agencies;
• Complying with court orders, subpoenas, and/or other legal obligations; and
• Conducting internal research or surveys for purposes of institutional development.

How We Store and Retain Your Information

The personal data of the members of your organization are stored and transmitted securely in a variety of paper and electronic formats, including databases that are shared between PRIMEX’s different units or offices. Access to personal data is limited to PRIMEX personnel who have a legitimate interest in them for the purpose of carrying out their contractual duties. Rest assured that our use of your personal data will not be excessive.

Unless otherwise provided by law or by appropriate company policies, we will retain relevant personal data for a period of 2 years for historical and statistical purposes. Where a retention period is provided by law and/or a company policy, all affected records will be securely disposed of after such period.

Your Rights with Respect to Your Personal Data

We recognize your rights with respect to your personal data, as provided by the DPA. Ang Privacy Notice na ito ay naglalayong magbigay impormasyon hinggil sa patakaran ng PRIMEX sa pagkolekta at paggamit ng inyong personal na datos.

Nais ipaunawa sa inyo na pangangalagaan at mananatiling pribado at protektado ang lahat ng personal na impormasyon na ipagkakatiwala ninyo sa amin. Ginagalang at itataguyod namin ang inyong karapatan sa pribasiya, at ang inyong karapatan na maprotektahan ng Data Privacy Act of 2012. Impormasyon na Ikokolekta at Ibubuo ng PRIMEX

Ang personal na datos na inyong ibibigay sa amin ay maaaring malikom sa pamamamagitan ng pagsulat sa papel o habang kayo ay sumasagot sa mga tanong ng aming consultant sa isang household survey, FGD o KII. Maaari din kaming kumuha ng video o picture.

Magkakaroon din ng pagkakataong kami ay kukuha ng impormasyon na sensitibo sa inyo. Ilang halimbawa ay: (1) pangalan, address, email address, telephone number; (2) datos tungkol na inyong propesyon, employes o kung saan kayo nag-aral; at (3) iba pang impormasyon na naibabahagi habang isinasagawa ang interviews.

Paano gagamitin ng PRIMEX ang inyong impormasyon?

Ang inyong impormasyon at gagamitin alinsunod sa batas upang maisakatuparan ang lehitimong interes ng aming mga proyekto. Ang pinakalayunin namin ay upang mangalap ng impormasyon upang makabuo ng mga rekomendasyon na may ebidensya at hindi nakabatay sa haka-haka. Ito ang tanging paraan upang magtagumpay ang ating mga proyekto.

Nais naming ipaunawa sa inyong hindi kami gagamit ng ibang paraan ng pagkalap ng impormasyon nang walang pahintulot mula sa inyo.

Paano namin ipapamahagi ang inyong personal na impormasyon?

Ang inyong personal na datos ay ipapamahagi sa mga organisayon alinsunod sa batas. Ipapamahagi ng PRIMEX ang inyong impormasyon kung kami ay pinakiusapan ng mga ahensya ng gobyerno o kapulisan. Ipapamahagi rin ng PRIMEX ang inyong impormasyon kung kami ay nakatanggap ng subpoena o court order. Ipapamahagi rin ito sa mga myembro ng aming organisasyon kung ito ay gagamitin sa pananaliksik.

Paano namin itatago ang inyong personal na datos?

Ang inyong personal na datos ay maaring nakasulat sa papel o naka-save sa aming mga comuter at server. Makakasiguro kayong ang inyong datos ay ligtas at naisinop sa loob ng aming opisina. Mananatili ang record ng mga KII, FGD at HH survey sa amin sa loob lamang ng 2 taon. Matapos ang 2 taon, ang mga datos na nasa papel o server ay aalisin o sisirain.

Ang inyong karapatan sa personal na datos

Kinikilala namin ang inyong karapatan upang mapanatii ang inyong pribasiya. Kung kayo ay may nais i-report na paglabag sa inyong mga karapatan, makipag-ugnayan sa Data Privacy Officer ng PRIMEX:
