Engaged by OCG, PRIMEX provided administrative support and research assistance for a data collection survey. This survey aimed to identify existing challenges and explore possibilities for JICA cooperation—short-term, medium-term, and long-term—within the key sectors of fisheries, ocean transport, and finance. The Administrative Support Services covered the logistical and administrative tasks necessary for the implementation of the Consultant’s field survey including but not limited to; (i) arranging appointments with relevant stakeholders, government agencies, and private companies; (ii) coordinating transportation, venue reservations, and other logistical arrangements; and (iii) accompanying the consultants during the meetings and field visits. The Research Assistant Services focused on collecting and reporting blue economy data and information, utilizing questionnaires or consultant guidance. Research assistants received research questions from the consultant on four occasions—before each of the three field surveys and before the Final Report submission—and were responsible for organizing this information into structured reports.
