Consulting Services for the Philippine Maritime Transport, Logistics, and Connectivity Project

PRIMEX provides technical, project management, coordination, stakeholder engagement, and advisory services in support of the Philippine Maritime Transport, Logistics, and Connectivity Project. Services include participation in target site identification and validation, stakeholder consultations with national and local government agencies and community representatives, rapid site assessments, collection and analysis of technical, socioeconomic, transport, and logistics data, review of maritime transport infrastructure and services, support in demand and traffic forecasting activities, development of port planning and connectivity strategies, preparation and review of feasibility study reports, and coordination of engineering, environmental, social, institutional, and economic assessments. The team also supports the formulation of climate-resilient, sustainable, accessible, and socially inclusive maritime transport solutions, including Farm-to-Market Ports and RORO network improvements, to enhance national and regional connectivity and strengthen maritime logistics systems in the Philippines.
