PRIMEX provides the services of one International and seven national key experts and 77 national non-key experts to efficiently manage and execute the work and meet the objectives of the project. The International Legal Specialist will oversee all legal aspects of the project and provide technical inputs in the review of the draft law creating the Public Transport Authority and in the development of the Comprehensive Roadmap for the Electric Vehicle Industry. The Deputy Team Leader (Bus, ITS, and AFCS) will (i) support the Team Leader in managing bus, ITS, and AFCS contracts; (ii) administer and supervise site works and documentation during construction; (iii) review and approve construction schedules for bus, ITS, and AFCS packages; (iv) attend periodic site inspections during the defects liability period and (v) perform a key role in instructing contractors on necessary actions and overseeing payment claims. The Senior Finance Expert will oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting, ensuring efficient utilization of project funds. The Construction Manager will oversee construction activities, managing contractors, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The ITS Operation and Maintenance Expert (Bus) will manage the operation and maintenance of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) specific to bus operations, including GPS tracking and passenger information. The Test Expert (Bus Telematics/Bus AFCS) will conduct testing and validation of bus telematics and Automated Fare Collection Systems (AFCS) to ensure their functionality and reliability. The AFCS Integration Manager will coordinate the integration of Automated Fare Collection Systems (AFCS) into the overall transportation infrastructure, ensuring seamless interoperability and functionality across different components. The AFCS Bus/Field Equipment Expert will specialize in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AFCS equipment installed on buses and within field locations, ensuring reliable fare collection and passenger convenience.
