PRIMEX fielded an Health Sector Expert that undertook the following tasks under the supervision of the designated ADB staff: (i) lead the preparation of the TRTA concept note required for the processing of the program, including presentations and other documents and appendices; and (ii) any other relevant tasks required by ADB or the Turkmenistan Resident Mission.
