Engaged by ADB, PRIMEX provided the service of an International Staff Consultant for Health who was responsible for one or several of the following activities, as defined in the specific call-off order: (i) support in preparation and design of CWSS health projects in Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Armenia, and Uzbekistan; (ii) review, edit and provide input to consultant outputs to align with ADB requirements; (iii) assist with the creation of documents such as concept papers, memos, and reports using ADB templates; (iv) participate in missions as a team member and assist with policy dialogues with government stakeholders and other development partners; (v) support the development of knowledge products; (vi) assist with the incorporation of global best practices and innovation in health systems.
Specifically, the International Staff Consultant for Health was tasked to: (i) assist CWSS in the preparation of project documents including, but not limited to: concept papers, reports and recommendations from the President (RRPs) and linked documents, sector assessments, and other knowledge products; (ii) assist with review and editing of outputs received from other consultants engaged by ADB and implementing/executing agencies (IAs/EAs); (iii) prepare analysis and discussion points for meetings with policymakers and development partners; (iv) participate in missions as a team member and assist team leaders with the preparation of Aide-Memoires, Memorandum of Understanding, and Back to Office Reports as necessary; and (v) assist with identifying global best practices and innovations that can be introduced to projects in CWSS.
