Gender and Social Analysis Expert for SATC Projects (SC 114065 BAN)

PRIMEX fielded an International Gender and Social Analysis Expert, who have the following responsibilities: (i) assisting RHD in conducting a baseline assessment for the purpose of poverty analysis, gender analysis, and other social analyses to strengthen the program’s inclusiveness in benefit distribution; (ii) review of the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Action Plan (GESI-AP) prepared by RHD and its consultants to ensure that RHD incorporates measures for enhancing gender equality and addressing concerns of other vulnerable road users at all the stages of the project’s life cycle; (iii) assistance to RHD and its consultants in necessary revisions and improvement where deviations and deficiencies are identified in the draft of GESI-AP; (iv) assisting the ADB project team in drafting the relevant linked documents (LDs) of the Report and Recommendation of the President (RRP) for the proposed MFF; and (v) assisting the ADB project team in addressing comments from the internal documents review process.
