PRIMEX provided the services of specialists in agro-economics, social development, rural infrastructure and bridge engineering, and project benefit and results in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) to: (i) provide technical assistance in agriculture and agribusiness development component of the project and assist in establishing viable agribusiness enterprise/s, with primordial focus on the economic viability of producing agricultural products in the settlement areas; (ii) ensure the participation of prominent stakeholders in the identification and planning of sub-projects within their communities/villages/ancestral domains; (iii) execute the services for all infrastructure development including road and bridge development sub-projects, especially engineering works for the major structures; and (iv) design the PBRME system, which should be consistent with the overall design and implementation framework of the project, and establish a community-based monitoring system (CBMS).
