PRIMEX mobilized a Human Resources Health Expert, who conducted a rapid health sector review and assessment in Turkmenistan. The main responsibilities of the Expert were to: (i) data collection on health indicators and health systems performance; (ii) report on health sector assessment, identifying top priorities for strengthening the health system and detailed review of HRH programs and medical education system; (iii) summary of discussions with MOH and other stakeholders; and (iv) feasibility analysis on MOH priority project on the development of the nursing university, including data on cost estimates and timelines.
