PRIMEX fielded sector experts in (i) Climate Change (Paris Agreement/NDC implementation and transparency/ GHG inventory)/energy and transportation; (ii) agriculture/DRR; and (iii) forestry, coastal, and marine ecosystems and biodiversity. The experts were tasked to: (i) collect and compile information and data on national and local policies and plans related to climate change adaptation and mitigation in the Philippines, which are not available online; (ii) provide support to the consultants of the lead firm in the conduct of interviews/analysis/review and reporting; and (iii) facilitate communication between the JICA Survey Team (JST) and the Philippine Government departments/agencies and private companies and sector associations.
