PRIMEX fielded the services of a National Project Administration who performed the following tasks: (i) assisting the TA Program Management Unit (PMU) under VASS to effectively implement activities; (ii) providing PMU logistic, administration, and communication support; (iii) coordinating with relevant agencies including ADB, the government agencies, TA consulting firm, and other stakeholders; and (iv) assisting VASS to organize the project workshops and field trips.
