PRIMEX provides the services of two non-key experts as identified by the lead firm and approved by the EU during the course of project implementation. PRIMEX is specifically responsible for the identification and mobilization of these NKEs, as well as remunerating its experts. PRIMEX provides administrative assistance and backstopping support to its NKEs. PRIMEX also forwards to AESA all project-related documents as stated in its association agreement, and reviews reports as requested, particularly those deliverables required from the PRIMEX-contracted NKEs.
