  • A creatively-designed Legacy photo book containing carefully shot and edited photographs with a total of 15 edited and approved case studies under the seven sectors of USAID/P’s areas of intervention/cooperation, each consisting of five pages, on the average (including photos), and will reflect USAID’s significant contributions to Philippine social and economic development, transformative changes, innovations and breakthroughs, lessons learned, replicable good practices, and unintended positive and negative consequences of development activities weaved through short stories on people or communities that have benefited from USAID assistance (https://www.usaid.gov/philippines/documents/power-partnership-50-years-usaid-philippines-part-1).
  • A total of six short video documentaries (one per sector, three minutes each) featuring selected successful USAID projects in the Philippines, which may be derived from the case studies in the photo book. Footages to be used may be shots taken by the Consultant Team in the project areas or from the existing videos provided by the USAID Team or by resource persons and partners.
  • A total of 12 framed and mountable exhibition materials that will be used in USAID events, such as signing ceremonies, anniversaries, US Embassy roadshows and project launches, among others. The materials will measure 34” x 46” inches. The frame will be 1”x 2” inches wood with white paint and each will have a matting of four-inch wide on all sides, with 3/16-inch thickness and utilizing acid-free board material. Each frame will have a Plexiglas, non-glare cover, and will have a caption measuring 2-1/2” x 4” inches.

The plan will present the purpose of dissemination efforts, identify what product/s will be disseminated, the suggested message, the audience, the method to ensure wide reach of the materials, and the proposed timing.
